I'm pulling my hair out - have a flight booked OSL to LHR tomorrow and I want to change to a flight that is a little later than the one I am on. When I go online it doesn't give me any option to change the flight, just gives me the flight I am on. Obviously, I'm not looking to change it now as it won't be free, but the fact it isn't there made me worry that at midnight it still won't be there. Called the call centre - first person said I can't change my flight as it is the wrong fare class, ended the call and went and found my terms and conditions which say I can change my ticket on the day. Called again and they said yes I can change it but I need to call them at midnight. She told me the call centre is open 24/7 so calling at midnight is fine. Just looked online and spoke to a live chat agent who said the centre is only open 8am-10pm. Never had this problem before...so frustrating not being able to get an answer.
