The T&Cs state the promotion would end on 31 March 2025. If easyJet have indicated an expiry date of 7 April I’m sure they’ll honour it.

The T&Cs will be found here: https://www.easyjet.com/en/nomoretiers I’d get back on to Customer Services before they close today to see what can be done if the code is still being rejected.
