I believe AF and KLM swapped their order allocation a few years back. Basically the remaining 787s went to KLM and the A350s went to AF. Hence the "orphan" 787 fleet for AF whereas basically Airbus widebodies are done for at KLM after the retirement of the A330s.
Not sure what plan for P Air France has, unless they plan to keep the 777s into the 30 year old range.
