They announced a campaign which members can choose the discount rate to and from a city. It seemed like a ridiculous offer that everyone would choose the highest rate but t&c says discount will be equal to voting rate.

When a city gets 90% of the votes, I wonder if they will actually keep their word. never seen such madness.
