I don't think so. Her LinkedIn profile says that starting in 1995 she's been in Bangkok at the Shangri-La, SGS, WGS, and Aloft. It also says that she graduated from university in 1995, so that would encompass pretty much her entire adult life.
It's an amazingly good policy which will might attract me to Aloft over similar options. Do you think there's a benefit for the hotel in the sense of having less of a 'crunch' point of the day when most rooms have to be cleaned in the space of a few hours?
