The Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel & Conference Centre has this on a defacto basis - there is no gate. You will of course have to be registered overnight. There are quite a lot of cameras and security but I suspect they wouldn't take issue with someone taking their own car out and returning. You may wish to discuss with the front desk.
