Does that include evening liquor (mentioned in the features above) or just the premium tea selection? I know the IC isn't considered "true luxury", but isn't that included on their club floor?

It was included in my GENSUI stay last year but became chargeable after Feb 2025.
Yes, the IC offers a Japanese breakfast in the club lounge but they also offer the items in the self serve buffet. Diners will often choose steak and eggs or Eggs Benedict (as the sole entree) and self serve themselves the Japanese breakfast items. Effectively, double dipping for both Japanese and Western items.
