Free parking, friendly staff and managers, luggage carts where needed. Breakfast is just fine for me; I top off my Nespresso Coffee mug and grab an apple and a banana to go after breakfast.
Many dinner options nearby, Ontario Mills shopping mall is across the way. Say what you want about gas station taquerias, but the one at the nearby Chevron (Alberto's) has fast, friendly service and tasty meals made to order, packaged to go.
Pro tip: ask for a high floor room facing north and enjoy the lovely view of a parking lot in the foreground and the San Gabriel mountains in the background. Great way to start the morning. If you need to wake up early, ask for a high floor room facing south. The I-10 freeway noise will really start to get going around 4:30 AM.
This location is also a great choice when Palm Springs hotel rates and airfares are just too expensive for your arrival or departure and you need a place to stay near the ONT airport. I just stayed at that location and unfortunately had a freeway facing room despite requesting a quiet room. I didn't notice the noise, but my travel companions did. The pair of ear plugs on the table should've been a big clue in regards to the noise. Breakfast was not good, but the location was great. My travel companions want to go back for the shopping and to eat at Vince's Spaghetti (Rancho Cucamonga location).
