Respectfully: we can assume, or make a logical/educated guess, but based on the published rules: I don't see any way that we know - which was the point. The Medallion Upgrades page says that partner elites are eligible for day-of-departure upgrades, both flying solo and with or as travel companions. But nowhere does that page indicate where partner elites are situated in the upgrade queue.
