I liked the JFK lounge a lot so that is disappointing. I suppose they will have to allow their AL members into the T8 AC under similar terms as the AL in T7 or risk losing tons of NYC based members. It's true that the last time I flew out of JFK I used the Chase lounge in T4 but that involves reclearing security so that won't always be an option depending on time. personally I have an AC membership through AA's cc so the AC will work but from the ones I've been to JFK's AL was nicer than most ACs.
