No. St. Regis is walkable to Termini station but it is not "in" Termini; that term refers to the area immediately adjacent to the train station, which has a very distinctive feel.
The St. Regis is located on a very busy avenue, but it is a convenient location if somewhat lacking in charm. It's also IMO one of the better urban properties in the entire Marriott system.
