Looking to book an Aug weekend stay at this property. Points available which is great for a high ($400) cash price.

However - ALL forms of payment (points or cash) are pay in full, no cancels. Anyone have experience with this? I know CO in the summer is nice, but this isn’t a resort town or the like. And it’s an HP…really.
