Question Complimentary E+ on corporate travel bookings?
I fly ORD-LGA monthly booked through the Concur corporate travel portal, cheapest available Economy (not Basic) fare. On my last several flights I have been assigned E+ at time of booking, including exit rows and bulkhead. This is a change, previously I would be assigned a non-preferred seat in the back. However if I try to change my seat to another one in E+ there is a fee of $66.99. I have AC 35K status (*S).
Why the change? Is it possible to specify a preference so I get assigned an aisle instead of a window?
