Off-topic but could they track passport numbers? Now that I think about it, it beeped red a couple of years ago on a designer handbag (I think it was perhaps a tax refund on a 1500€ purchase) but nothing since whether fashion, electronics, jewelry or watches, including tickets 3 or 4 times that amount. We’re still not talking 20k though (I wish)
