Not a fan. There is no reason someone should be able to check a bag, get through security, and board a plane in 30 minutes at most non-hub airports.
How long it takes you to get thru security and board is irrelevant. This is about how long it takes your bag to get thru security and loaded into the cargo hold.
I think it's great. Bags loaded earlier means more on-time departures
