Amenity kits will be in the bag with the pillow/blanket, contents were basic as far as I can remember but the bags themselves are bright and colourful, one of the few kits I use at home for storing stuff.
sherkhan Just keep in mind, that the business bag benefits are only afforded to people who BOOK business class. If you upgrade your seat to a business class seat in the cabin (either by selecting the seat on the map, or by using an upgrade credit associated with your Avianca status) after having purchased an economy ticket, you won't get any of the benefits besides the seat. No 2nd bag, no 32kg bags. Only 1x 23 kg bag. It is up to Avianca lounge staff to decide to admit you with a business ticket that has been upgraded.

I had bought a ticket with Copa back during COVID. I bid successfully (with the absolute minimum amount, $200) and got the upgraded business seat. While I was able to enter the Copa lounge in Panama since the ticket showed business class, I still only had one 23kg bag with no priority status attached to it. (Note, I called COPA ahead of time to confirm this before I overloaded my bag to 32kg and had the shock at the airport. I have done the same with Avianca too. They confirmed to me that if I use my Silver Status credit to upgrade to Business, it is still only 1x 23 kg bag. I plan to use one of my upgrade credits on my upcoming flight to Lima).

As an aside, you should watch some Avianca flight videos to temper your expectations for business class on A320neo with Avianca. It is the same seat as the premium seats, just the middle seat is blocked out to give you a bigger arm rest.

Jump to 4:00 in this video. This is the exact route you are flying, JFK to BOG:
