You would need to get any purchased duty free liquids put into a STEB (Secure Tamper Evident Bag) that clearly displays the receipt. You should then be able to transit with that liquid in your hand luggage for 24 hours from the date/time of the receipt. The bag must not be opened until you get to your destination.
