I have both regular Barclay Hawaiian card, and also BOH Hawaiian card.

I got the miles (bonus 70000 plus $1000+ spending) posted to my HA account one day after statement closing 3/21. But my BOH statement closed on 3/24, and the bonus miles and $1 spend earn has not shown up in my HA account as of today 3/31.

I assume the miles are supposed to post 1 day after statement closing for both Barclay and BOH cards since they are from same Barclay US bank.

I called both Barclay and HA Miles, and they are basically just bouncing me around saying it's the other party's responsibility.

So what is my option to claim my missing BOH card's bonus miles? Did anyone have experience with BOH card miles posting time longer than the regular barclay Hawaiian card?

And yes, barclay did give you a new HA account number for both cards (assuming u applied both same day like me), which is annoying since I already have an existing HA account...
