I'm trying to select seats in MMB for a BAH flight I booked over the phone this morning and it's showing me prices. I'm Gold so it should be free. I've tried both the app and desktop site and it's the same on both. Outbound is AA and return BA, both sites are asking for payment.

is your number def linked to the booking? Log out, look up the booking via mmb (PNR and last name) and try re entering it from there?
