Thanks for that. We have to get up super early for a 5:34 am flight then layover in MIA for 3 hours. So, I was thinking after that we would be too tired to have to make this drive especially given what you said about the roads. I was thinking the same but wanted some validation. Going to go with the hotel transfer and see if we can rent a car in La Fortuna for some of our days there. I don't like being tethered to a taxi especially given some of the places are 90 mins away. I look forward to giving an updated TR on Nayara for everyone. My lux TA said his clients have had nothing but good things to say about Nayara. The last vacation we had was Amanpulo. We do a lot of beach vacations so this looks like a great change of pace.
