The suite’s living room is spacious, though the bedroom and bathroom are tight. No welcome amenities received. Hard product quality wise it sits between the Hyatt Houses at Stratford and Manchester, but certainly a step up from US Hyatt Houses. Service is all around fantastic despite being franchised by Aimbridge, probably since it’s a new opening. Gym is decent, though I don’t remember seeing or hearing about a laundry room.
The rooftop Caribbean restaurant/bar (not operated by hotel and can’t charge to room at the moment) seemed popular with locals, though I didn’t give it a go. Neither did try breakfast. Overall my experience is positive, and glad that Hyatt is slowly expanding in the UK. Not having a self service laundry does seem unconventional for a Hyatt House. Some photos below.
A small quirk about this hotel, morning wake-up calls can only be scheduled on the TV (the alarm will supposedly go off on the TV), which is a first for me. Their property management system can’t arrange wake up calls on the phone at the moment. Glad I woke up before the TV alarm.
