You'll get a basic hot meal served on a single tray. In BOG you'll have access to the Avianca Diamond Lounge, which is a slightly nicer version of the Gold lounge for frequent flyers booked into economy. Great ramp views. Outside BOG you can access the *A lounge network, so you'll have a few options at JFK. Amenity kits will be in the bag with the pillow/blanket, contents were basic as far as I can remember but the bags themselves are bright and colourful, one of the few kits I use at home for storing stuff.
