Toronto - LHR, BA 92, 2nd April, 1805 scheduled departure

In contrast to my outbound, this was a much less enjoyable experience. A delay to the service to Toronto meant we boarded over an hour after scheduled departure. A full Club World cabin and what felt like a somewhat chaotic service. Apparently one oven out of action and another 'playing up' resulted in a wait for me of at least 40 minutes between starter and main (I think I was last to be served in our part of the cabin - and even then, I was served the wrong dish and had to wait a few minutes more for my actual dinner). I ended up finishing my meal in the dark as lights out and people settling down to sleep! Of course, breakfast then seemed to roll out just after I had finished my dinner, but it wouldn't have been worth waiting for much longer - they appear to have taken the smallest bacon bap in the world and then cut it in half to serve two people....

Soup was good, and had to last me almost an hour!

Overpowering and sticky teriyaki sauce on the fish and not particularly pleasant vegetables - I didn't enjoy the very much, but was not in a good mood by the time it arrived...

A pleasant enough, but unremarkable, cheeseboard.

I should have just had some more sleep.

There is a trace of bacon, fortunately.
