Need to fly to Chiang Mai and able to take flight from Pattaya airport.

First, I wanted to ask for feedback on Thai Lion Air. Fleet, service, etc.
Second, for the last 3 weeks I am unable to open the website at all. It keeps refreshing itself. Which gives me suspicious thoughts I should probably not even try and go to Bangkok and fly from there.
