The number one complaint we have internally with our employees flying United is they don't get GS when they were expecting to. They confuse UA policies with DL's (UA measures UA metal only) and we are now getting asked why they have to use the corporate credit card when their own UA credit cards would help them achieve GS. I am guessing confusion with AA policies. The employee's information is coming from unspecified "websites".

Certainly not being critical of your thoughts and comments, all of which are sincerely appreciated, it would just help to make things very clear where they stand now vs potential changes coming down the pike. Maybe you can help save me from having this conversation another 10 times at the end of the year.
