We can improve the login experience - hopefully better error handling, but we need to be careful we don't say 'wrong password' if you are just guessing a user ID....

AA1871 is a great example of gap we need to quickly fix - flights with more than one sector with the same flight number - it is on our roadmap of things to fix, As a BA flyer I *know* about BA15/16 (LHR-SIN-SYD) but I also know a lot of flights in the US are like AA1871 - PHL-MIA-PHL - we have some code in development to allow you to choose the particular sector you are booked on - this will help us improve that and hopefully fix this in the next day or two :-).
