Property: Hotel Atlantic Hamburg, Autograph Collection
Date(s): Mar 2025, 4 nights
Room booked: Superior, 1 King
Room received: Deluxe, Lake View, 1 King
Elite Level: Ambassador
Award stay: No
Rate Type: Stay Longer On Us
BRG stay: No
SNAs redeemed: No
Comments: Deluxe is considerably bigger than Superior (45 vs. 25 sqm), but the room felt fairly "empty". I wouldn't be surprised if the furniture is exactly the same between the two categories. There was very little space in the wardrobe. Just barely sufficient for me as a single traveller who does not unpack that much. The lake view was very nice, though.

Property: Courtyard Bremen
Date(s): Mar 2025, 1 night
Room booked: Business Guest Room
Room received: Business Guest Room
Elite Level: Ambassador
Award stay: No
Rate Type: Standard Cash
BRG stay: No
SNAs redeemed: No
Comments: First room that they assigned me clearly hadn't been cleaned. Neither that, nor the replacement room were an upgrade of any sort. I think they don't have (m)any suites, but a "historic" wing; not sure whether that would be an upgrade or not.

Property: Sheraton Frankfurt Airport

Room booked: Deluxe Room, 1 King
Room received: Club Room, 1 King
Elite Level: Ambassador
Award stay: No
Rate Type: Standard Cash
BRG stay: No
SNAs redeemed: No
Comments: Fake upgrade. Club rooms are exactly the same as Deluxe Rooms (and are not even on the same floor as the lounge).

Property: Courtyard Bangkok
Date(s): April 2025, 5 nights
Room booked: Guest Room, 1 King
Room received: Corner Room, Larger Guest Room, 1 King
Elite Level: Ambassador
Award stay: No
Rate Type: Stay Longer On Us
BRG stay: No

Comments: Nice room (12th floor) within Courtyard context; large windows on two sides, but no real view as surrounding buildings are much higher.
