You really need to speak to someone who knows what they're talking about. Coming in on a subclass 400 (short-term specialist, role in AU must be non-ongoing) and then suddenly discovering that oh, you'll need to be here for up to 4 years (= subclass 482), is not going to make you popular with AU immigration.
