Not to worry MJLogan !!! It is quite a disturbing situation really... It was worse post 9-11, everyone had to recheck in at LAX, all bags were offloaded and passengers had to queue again after an 11 hour flight... Poor us cabin crew were shouted at for something beyond AF's reach... Yet things have improved and we might even change terminals in LAX this year... Rumours going around from LAX ground staff... We are most likely going to move to NW-KLM's terminal 2 and have the opportunity to use ANZ's transit lounge and not bus people around like we do right now between T5 and TBIT
