The answer is in the T&Cs. The answer is Yes. All partner flights in an eligible booking class (also in the T&Cs) will earn a minimum of 500 EQM. That includes AA BE flights.

A Q-class AA ticket booked at the partner sight earns 25% EQM/RDM with a minimum of 500 EQM.
