Definitely worth it. You’re always going to find complaints. If you’ve flown other products/airlines before, I’d give ITA a chance. I’ve yet to fly long-haul with them and really want to, but I had the pleasure of flying on their A321 long haul business cabin when they used it from London years ago and loved it.
