DH (IATA code for Independence Air) is perfectly fine, especially for short hops like IAD-EWR where spending significant time in a RJ is not a big deal. The best thing they have done is inject some low fares into IAD and especially to secondary airports like SWF and CRW that other low-cost airlines shunned. They are worth a try, although until their destination list expands I club points are not worth so much. Service onboard is limited (just drink orders), but fun, a la southwest. Give it a chance, FlyI is providing needed competition to many airports and I for one am quite happy to fly them when I can.
