I purchased a Business Class Flex ticket that gave me a free seat selection, but not the seat by the window.

I entered my DL Platinum number in which in theory is still supposed to give benefits with "the continued relationship" but was still wanting to charge me -- is this something a phone agent can process or am I stuck paying the $155??
