I get what you and the others mean. I like the Pier design a lot too. CX's current prime customer bases are probably the Baby Boomers and the Generation X. In the coming future it will be the Millennials and Gen Z. They will have a different set of interpretations and requirements for how travel fits into their life, home and work etc. Even if CX is not using the current Wing remodeling opportunity to evolve its brand propositions and service offerings for the future, I hope they will be mindful to allow room to continually incorporate new validated ideas into their offerings to stay ahead of the competition and not just be reactive.

The other concern I have for them is it seems they will be trying to "Aria-ise" the A350 fleet. I still much prefer their current A350 Cirrus seats. It's much more crucial for them to keep two platforms in this area. But this is better left for another thread.
