Booked UA metal LHR-EWR a month ago -paid with TB , now need to change ( did not cancel yet )- to a partner flight round trip that will cost a lot more money -I have the funds to pay in TB - I spoke with UA and was told I can NOT use money I have in TB FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGE only a credit card
is that correct?
any suggestions ??
