If you are really precious about the benefits and miles, fly to ZUH and hop across the border. Might be cheaper that way too.
It is quite some distance from Zhuhai airport to Macau. 37 km, 20 miles, showing 40 minutes right now at 20:15 China time, probably an hour or more during daytime, plus have to cross the border. Definitely doable but not worth it unless ticket price savings make it worth it for you (and YMMV).
