I rarely post here but now came accross a problem where I dont know what to do. I recently flew RUH-ZRH with ITA Airways in business. The collaboration with LH had already been announced including collecting LH Miles on ITA. To take advantage of this, I entered my LH Number during checkin - it was also printed on the ticket. However, in the end the miles where credited to volare (which I had entered previously). According to ITA customer service this is a know bug in their software, but once the miles are credited there is nothing I can do. I really need to points in order to keep my LH status, any ideas on what to do?
