Decided to go for it as I have a boat load of Avios. The site gave me an error 🤦‍♂️. In the end was able to do a part Avios payment that led to a different form and then switch it to full Avios and it worked. Oh and you do get 10000 Avios back, so 115,000 Avios for 1000 nTP.

So 0.87p per Avios which is about 1 cent.
im “Avios rich” but mainly because I find it so difficult to spend them without doing so a year in advance but that’s just not practical for me. I may use them on this SAF credit but only as a last resort.
