I don't know anyone who would even consider flying between YOW and YUL without a connection at one end. Drive/bus/train are all much better options. Considering what AC charges for those tickets, they certainly aren't trying to compete with any other mode of transportation on that route (connections are different). I can fly to YVR for much less.
