And now I see the trip that was gonna award me 600TP (and bring me back to silver) will be awarded less than 2000 of the new TP (1884 if my calculations are correct)...leaving me really far from the original goal. I think you might have a CEDR case there. If you booked a flight prior to 30/12/24 based on the information provided on the BA website with the expectation and purpose that you would earn Silver in the year 1/4/25 to 31/3/26. You would need to be able to show when you booked the flights and what information was being given on the BA website at the time you booked the flights, and also that you hadn't changed the flights since booking. And have actually taken the flights. An email to BA customer relations explaining your case and asking them to honour their side of the bargain might be your first action.
