Gosh, that does sound like fun, lol. My email does continue to state the following:
"Tip for cardmembers If multiple Lyft riders use the same card, the first cardmember to add the card to their Lyft account will receive the $10 credit. See our FAQ page to learn how to manage benefits among cardmembers."
So it seems that this unknown account had your card added to it first according to Chase. I would start by trying to ask Lyft which account your card is added to and/or telling them to just remove it from all accounts except yours because that's the only place you authorize it to be.
