Not sure about your dates but 500GBP/night you might consider booking 2 connecting rooms. You get 2 bathrooms and as Diamond there's a chance (albeit a low one) of still getting a Suite upgrade + connecting room.
For 5 nights, I would personally split it across at least 2 or 3 properties. Obviously not a travel style that suits everyone with the packing and unpacking (there is some method in it, ie with clothes stacked in chronological order of use ....) and since you mentioned heading to Bath, assuming you're using the train I would definitely stay the night before at Hilton Paddington to make the journey more seamless.
