I requested 4pm check-out in the app, and they confirmed it at check-in with no issues.

The room was quite spacious and included a sitting area which is separated from the bed by the TV and its container. Biggest downside was I found the bed to be pretty hard, and I completely agree about the lighting/curtain control panel. The pool was fairly large and a nice location on the rooftop but quite cold.

I liked the location. It's a bit out of the center, but across the street is a pedestrian shopping street that you can follow all the way to the Grand Place and beyond. The location right on top of the Rogier transit station is also convenient, and it's about a 10 minute walk to the north train station.

I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed here for the second time over the weekend. Compared to my first stay in November, the hotel was much busier in all areas (check-in, lobby bar, breakfast, pool). I used NUAs and was upgraded 4 days out from a base King room to a FAB Sky Suite. We really liked the living/dining room space of the suite; the bedroom itself was fairly bland and cramped with a crib in there, but we just used that for sleeping. We were also with family who received a complimentary upgrade to a 24th floor Sky King room from the base room. This is what I received as a Titanium last trip although I was only on the 19th floor.

I liked the bed a lot more this time than on my previous trip. We also went back to the pool which was much warmer than in November. Breakfast was still good and an option in lieu of a lounge for Plat+ although the omelet/fried egg station has a very small cooktop which led to longer lines with the higher occupancy.

Hotel management is “aware of the problem” but seems powerless, All suites are on upper floors, my Sky Fam is on 28th, so moving rooms means a regular room had the space.

I have a second night but not sure what to do. Moving rooms is a hassle, but a good sleep before a 24hr trip is important..

spoke to front desk and they said it is usually just Fri and Sat (until 3am).

I asked someone on my hall if they were bothered by the noise. She said she was actually on the 24th floor and could hear it!
We were also in a 28th floor suite for a Friday-Monday visit (so Friday through Sunday nights), and the music was going every night including Sunday (don't know what time it stopped). We had our toddler in our room who sleeps with a white noise machine, so that helped somewhat as did the Belgian beer I'd been drinking. As much as I liked the suite, I'm not sure I'd use NUAs here again due to the noise. My family members on the 24th floor said they didn't hear it, but our neighbors across the hall asked us about it when we saw them the last morning.
