Hi, a few days ago my companion and I flew SIN-MUC-BHX on Lufthansa, the layover in MUC was originally 3 hours but on arriving found that the flight to BHX had been cancelled and we had been rebooked on a later flight with an addition 7 hours layover, so we finally arrived at BHX nearly 7 hours after the original arrival time.

I think under UK261 we are entitled to 220 GBP each delay compensation. I'm in the process of filling the application form on the Lufthansa website, there is the option to upload the authorisation form for me to claim on behalf of my companion but how to I specify that we are claiming the UK261 delay compensation?

We had our meals in the Business Lounge so are not submitting any other receipts.
