Not technically Hilton-related but more an interesting data point regarding the 3rd party brands Playa runs. Playa interestingly opened a brand new Wyndham Alltra in Punta Cana on 10th March. presumably there was a contract to fulfil and the sale obviously hasn't gone through yet as it awaits shareholder approval so they had to go ahead as planned. As I understand it, Alltra is actually a JV between Wyndham and Playa so I believe a slightly different structure from the management contracts they have with Hilton/Mariott etc.
