usually there’s a prompt auto-reply indicating “your expected time to be serviced by an agent” — for the past couple hours it’s just been a blank screen
I dug around on the iOS app and found a series of links under “Contact Us” that eventually got me to a page with a link to 82008 and another to “Start chat”
the latter brings up this screen from “app.five9.com”
it’s currently been 15 minutes …
