I do have another question on this subject.
We are looking to make a booking for 4 people to SEA, all on household account.
I know and understand you can’t use a Barclays upgrade voucher with a 241 or do a double upgrade with.a GUF.
anyhow, we are releasing 4 seats with a joker and the plan is to use a GUF2 and a 241 for one couple and 2 Barclays vouchers for the 2nd couple.
Currently speaking with GGL (India) and they are saying we can’t combine GUF and Barclays. But I don’t think we are, even though both will be on the same booking.
For now, the agent has kindly held the flights and I plan to call back tomorrow during UK hours.
Am I likely to get what I want?
I love this forum. That’s a really interesting one - and I cannot add reassurance. Please let us know. It all boils down to whether a Joker is seen as a voucher as it’s clear Barclays cannot be combined with another ‘voucher’ of any type.
If they say no is there any reason why you couldn’t make it 2 (or even 3) separate bookings? Everyone can board with the Group 0 person as long as you explain whilst walking through.
