The card was sent on November 6th, arrived (and was activated) on the 7th. Yet the significant spend on February 6th was not taken into account apparently, as that easily put the spend amount over the required limit. So I'm looking for evidence that the time frame was three months following the card activation date.
As for cutting it so close: there were a ton of issues with the card for the first five weeks, as it kept getting rejected for no apparent reason. It took numerous calls and five weeks to fix. If not for that, reaching the minimum spend would've happened much sooner. And it wasn't my card, so not my call to leave it to the last minute.
