I was here for 4 nights in December and was on the side facing the busy street in front of the hotel and didn't experience any noise from the club. Rooms were hot as hell though because the heat would reset to 27C ( which is 80F!!!) every time we left. Maintenance did come and "Fix" it but it would always revert back the next day. Very frustrating. Also, reception is on the second floor. We got there at 11am and were heading towards reception and a manager intercepted us and was very ....ing brusk and asked where we were going. I said we were here to check in and she was very curt and said "Your rooms are not ready! Leave the bags here and you'll have to come back later." Alrighty then!

I left my family with her to check the bags and I went up to reception and wouldn't you know it...not one but BOTH our rooms were ready and available! They checked me in and gave me keys for both rooms immediately. I just smiled and told the lady downstairs "Turns out our rooms are available. Can we have our bags back?" She was visabably pissed and gave us our bags. NOT the best reception.

Decent breakfast as Titanium included and location was right next to the tram station and across the street from an outdoor mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Easy access to the North train station in Brussels. Rooms were very spacious with a couch, chair and swivel TV in the middle. No idea why the put the beds on a platform with a death trap step but otherwise comfortable room and decent shower.
