I no longer have the CSR, but it'll be interesting if one could pay $9.99 per month for Lyft Pink to utilize the $10 CSR credit.
It sounds like the CSR credit is "in app" meaning I guess it shows up as a discount on your fare (assuming, of course, that the fare does not change...). So presumably no. That said, there are lots of other cards now offering rideshare statement credits where you could perhaps do that if you wanted, including some of the Delta Amexes and United Chase cards.
